Breakfast was great, personnel also. It's all very clean and we had our towels changed every day, which is really fantastic. Hotel is literally in front of a metro station, with two lines passing through. Both lines go to city centre, and one of them (3) goes directly to the airport.

The hotel is near a metro station that takes you directly into the city centre without the need to change trains. Very easy. We were visiting the Fallas fiesta so didn't use the facilities within the hotel, but the staff at reception were pleasant and helpful.

The room was very nice and cleaned every day. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I also liked the gym a lot - a big one, with a lot of equipment, two punching bags included. On the plus side, breakfasts were good, although a bit monotonous.

Staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. Every day when we came back, the cleaning staff had arranged our daughter's teddy bears in a row on the bed. A simple gesture that only took a moment, but one that made my daughter's day!
